Founder & Chief Financial OfficerCeirra is responsible for oversight of all accounting and financial reporting. Ceirra oversees the daily operations of the firm and is responsible for managing the financial portfolio. Ceirra’s strengths include negotiation and identifying new markets and investment opportunities. Ceirra utilizes her experience in Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Management to execute the goals of this company. A graduate of the Morgan State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Ceirra enjoys cooking, traveling, and shopping during her free time.
Chris Fatogoma
Founder & Chief Operating OfficerChris is responsible for oversight on all real estate transactions. His oversight includes insuring quality acquisitions, renovations, and achieving the highest re-sale value possible. Chris utilizes his strong construction background to oversee all renovations projects while balancing cost efficiency and speedy turnover time. A graduate of the Morgan State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Chris played defensive line for the Morgan State University football team 2014-2018.
